Jörg Aschwanden

Born 1947 in Switzerland. After a professional chef education in Switzerland, Joerg held many leading jobs in top hotels in Switzerland, the UK, Japan, Malaysia and the Philippines. He joined a major multinational food company, present in all Asian countries, in 1978 and was the Divisional R&D Director for Asia for 15 years.

Joerg lived in Japan for many years, speaks Japanese very fluently, and has an excellent knowledge of all Asian cultures.
